Brian’s musical origins began innocently enough in the basement of his parents’ home
at age 7 while banging a toy drum set to death to his mom’s Clapton and CCR records.
After a four year flirtation with the guitar he soon discovered that his raging ADHD was
much better suited to the bludgeoning of dead animal skins. By age 12 he was playing
in his first band and there was no looking back.
Even at as a skinny kid in junior high he was determined to succeed in music. Playing
every weekend he soon was comfortable on the stage in front of big crowds and grew
to embrace the adrenaline high that only music could give him. Alternating between
fronting hard rock bands and playing drums in Top 40 dance bands he spent most of
the late 80’s and early 90’s on the road.
Since that time he has come full circle and returned home to raise a family not more
than a mile from the house where his musical adventure started. Having crossed the
musical spectrum from Beach / Motown (The Fabulous Expressions), Classic &
Southern Rock (Boothill Band, Ashby Stokes Trio), and Original Modern Rock ( Honey
Wagon, Quarterfly), Brian has now brought his percussive energy to Green Vegas,
living the dream of a “Weekend Rock Star” coming soon to a stage near you!
